EVENING EVENTS
Full House bookings are required to host an evening event. With only six exquisite rooms and a 600 square foot light-filled common area, we are the perfect choice for an intimate birthday party, wedding, cocktail party, corporate retreat or just getting a group of friends together for a weekend getaway. Our Full House bookings include continental breakfast, happy hour, parking, wireless Internet and many other choices for your group.

AFTERNOON EVENTS
The Kimber Modern is the perfect choice to host a special luncheon. It is not necessary to book the entire hotel for afternoon events between 11:30 and 2:30. We will work with you at every level to offer you and your guests the most beautiful setting, the utmost service and a very memorable day.

EVENT POLICIES
Facility fee includes: cleaning, garbage removal, and manager on duty.
A $500 property damage deposit will be pre-authorized with a credit card four days before the event. If no damages occur, the pre-authorization will be cancelled. CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE IN FULL FOR ALL DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
CLIENT AGREES TO SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER RELEASING THE KIMBER MODERN OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EVENT OF AN INJURY OR ACCIDENT.
A ONE-MONTH CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED FOR SPECIAL EVENTS. THE CLIENT’S CREDIT CARD WILL BE RUN IN FULL FOR THE EVENT AND FULL HOUSE BOOKING ONE MONTH PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED EVENT.
IF THE CLIENT CANCELS AFTER ONE MONTH, AND WE CAN REBOOK ANY OF THE HOTEL ROOMS OR THE EVENT SPACE, THE CLIENT WILL BE REFUNDED THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT ON HER/HIS CREDIT CARD MINUS A 6% CANCELLATION FEE.
