Full House bookings are required to host an evening event. With only seven exquisite rooms and a 600 square foot light-filled common area, we are the perfect choice for an intimate birthday party, wedding, cocktail party, corporate retreat or just getting a group of friends together for a weekend getaway. Our Full House bookings come with the use of our beverage center — including white wine, beer, soft drinks, and our European style coffee system along with a water bar offering still and sparkling waters and Italian sodas. Parking, WiFi, and many other choices are provided for your group.

The facility fee includes: Use of courtyard and lounge areas, cleaning after the event, and a manager on duty for consultation purposes.
A $500 property damage deposit will be pre-authorized with a credit card four days prior to the event. If no damages occur, the pre-authorization will be canceled. CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE IN FULL FOR ALL DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
CLIENT AGREES TO SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER RELEASING THE KIMBER MODERN OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EVENT OF AN INJURY OR ACCIDENT.
A TWO-MONTH CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED FOR SPECIAL EVENTS. THE CLIENT’S CREDIT CARD WILL BE RUN IN FULL FOR THE EVENT AND FULL HOUSE BOOKING TWO MONTH PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED EVENT.
IF THE CLIENT CANCELS AFTER TWO MONTHS, AND WE ARE ABLE TO REBOOK ANY OF THE HOTEL ROOMS OR THE EVENT SPACE, THE CLIENT WILL BE REFUNDED THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT ON HER/HIS CREDIT CARD MINUS A 15% CANCELLATION FEE.
MUSIC MUST STOP AT 10:30 P.M.
