Room Cleaning Requests

During the pandemic, daily room cleaning has been suspended. Should you prefer to have your room cleaned at any time during your stay:

• text our team no later than 2pm the day before you’d like cleaning at 512.985.9990 to let us know you’d like the room cleaned
• cleaning will occur between 10am and Noon; please plan to be out of your room during this period
• extra towels and other amenities are available 24/7 in the Common Room kitchen island – check the cabinet closest to the door
